Geneva Webstudio is founded on partnerships. We work with freelancers and contingent workers from all over the world, and our growth model is based on collaboration. We give equal opportunities to all collaborators; when an opportunity arises, everyone gets their fair share of exposure—unlike other freelancing platforms, where newcomers often receive little visibility, regardless of their skills and competencies. Our ultimate goal is to provide our clients with the best-fitting talent for their needs.

Freelancer Collaboration Process

How does it work?

1 Week
Onboarding Freelancers
Onboarding

After submission, Geneva Webstudio will evaluate the unique skill set, years of experience, and availability. We will include your profile in our resource database for project matching.

2-3 Weeks
Talent Allocation
Project Matching

Based on project needs, we review the skill sets of available candidates and send out project requirements, along with invitations for freelancers to submit their proposals.

1-2 Weeks
Agreements
Contracting

Upon selection, freelancers will be required to sign an engagement agreement, including SOW , deliverables, rates, etc. Every project is unique, and agreements will vary accordingly.

1-2 Weeks
Remuneration
Payment

Payment milestones will differ depending on the project. If deliverables are expected to take longer than one week, freelancers will be paid on a weekly retainer.

Feedback
Evaluation

Upon delivery of the project, freelancers will receive detailed written feedback, including performance evaluation, areas of strength, and suggestions for improvement.
