Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Paid Search (SEM) Senior Consultant to join our growing team on a freelance basis. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in paid search advertising, campaign optimization, and analytics to contribute to our clients’ digital growth.
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing high-performing paid search campaigns, driving ROI, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Setup: Develop comprehensive paid search strategies tailored to client objectives, including audience targeting, keyword selection, and budget allocation.
- Campaign Management: Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other PPC networks.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable recommendations.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive research and trend analysis to stay ahead in the ever-changing SEM landscape.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to align paid search efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Reporting: Provide detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations to clients on a regular basis.
- Innovation: Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns.
- Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Certifications: Google Ads Certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and report presentations.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven remote environment.
